Haven’t stopped playing with it
Of all the technics of the past years, this volvo monster is one of the best, so good that i think that it will become one of the landmarks of lego technic for years to come, the building of the motor is very fun as also the acto of playing with all the controls.

Fantastic build, upgraded tires to Milspec ZXL tires – fits perfectly!
This was a fantastic build, especially at the $199 discounted price (this means it’s likely selling out?). I’ll grab it before it goes out of production!I also upgraded the tires using these 1.9″ Milspec ZXL tires which I thought looked more authentic and are bigger as well. Awesome Lego set
Awesome Lego set. Took my husband and daughter 2 months to finish it. However the motors do not work with the remote control. Contacted Lego about it to troubleshoot. Nothing works, only solution is to take the entire thing apart and send the motors back to Lego!

The best LEGO Technic set ever
I have built many LEGO sets, including many Technic sets. This one is, by far, the best. The remote control includes forward/reverse, steering, raising/lowering the bucket and rotating the bucket. When finished, this thing looks so cool that I brought it to my office to display on my window ledge.It took about 12 hours to build but the instructions were extremely clear. Save up your pennies for this one, boys and girls. It is worth it.

It took forever to put together and I loved every minute of it
This was the first large Lego set I’ve put together in about 20 years. Holy COW! It took forever to put together and I loved every minute of it. I have it in my office at work and everybody comments on it. The detail is astounding. It’s wonderful to put together your own differentials and be able to work them in your hands and really truly see and understand how they work. Amazing.

Another great model from Lego.
Yet another great model form Lego hat my son had a great time assembling. Perhaps fewer parts than other “large” technic Legos, there is a lot of gears and mechanics to keep a builder happy. He was so impressed by the remote control when completed and the ability to drive and load Lego bricks. Builds to a large satisfying size with the battery box and motors well hidden from view. Manual seems well written as there were no issues with he build from my 11 year old. Good price from Amazon, but hey Lego always seems over priced!

I got this since I loved the Crane (42009) so much
I got this since I loved the Crane (42009) so much.What I enjoyed about the crane was assembling it and disassembling it over and over again to see what all the rods and gears do. I was amazed at how everything fit together and all the different features that were powered from one motor.The tractor is much different. There are 4 different motors and each one had a dedicated purpose. Building it was lots of fun and playing with it is more fun than the crane since it’s radio controlled and each of the four motors can be used simultaneously.

First set that I got that was missing a bunch of parts. Not just a few of one type but the entire quantity of a type. So this set is on hold for assembly.

Cool Product
I love love love LEGO Technic, however one minor issue I had with this product, is that for this price LEGO could have included batteries, fortunately I keep extras around the house, but would have been cool to have them included, but still this wouldn’t shy me away from future purchases of LEGO Technic, just a minor detail, but a great product.
